Chris Brown has had a busy week. Not only did he stir up controversy on Halloween by
dressing up as a terrorist Oct. 31, but the following day, he made an
appearance in an LA court for a progress report on his domestic violence offense. It's no wonder Chris tells MTV he wants to "try to be better as a person."
Over the years, 23-year-old Chris has been no stranger to controversy, so it's refreshing to hear that he wishes to turn over a new leaf. On MTV's
