The Oscar-nominated actor, who appeared in films like The Green Mile and Armageddon, died at a Los Angeles hospital on Monday morning, TMZ reports. Duncan had been going through two months of treatment following a heart attack in July. The actor "never fully recovered" from the July 13 heart attack, a rep told TMZ.
