Days after admitting that she had recently gained 25 pounds, Gaga stepped out of her Paris hotel rocking a giant pink-and-blue suit, as a sea of fans cheered her on. Or was it a dress? Whatever the head-turning outfit was, Gaga kept her composure — and her balance — as she made her way through the crowd. On the same day, Mother Monster took to Twitter to send a special message to her dear fans. Using both Twitter and her own social media portal, Lady Gaga thanked her "fans who love me no matter what, and know the meaning of real beauty&compassion. It's society who's ugly." On Sept. 20, Gaga appeared on Sirius Radio's Elvis Duran show to address her recent weight gain. "I really don't feel bad about it, not even for a second," she said. "I have to be on such a strict diet constantly.
