While Seal, 49, had a less-than-pleasant response to news that the former model is moving on, Klum appears to be taking the high road, telling People magazine: "I cherish all of the great memories Seal and I created together over the years. Our separation was based on issues between the two of us. Seal has moved on and so have I."
